COOPERSTOWN – Jessica Baker, Cooperstown mortgage originator, and Rachel Lutz Jessup, Oneonta branch manager, have been promoted to assistant vice presidents at the Bank of Cooperstown.

Baker is responsible for processing consumer and mortgage loans at both the Cooperstown and Oneonta offices. She began her tenure with Bank of Cooperstown in November 2007, and has over 14 years of experience in the banking industry.

Lutz Jessup is responsible for the branch management of the Oneonta office as well as business development. She has been with Bank of Cooperstown since June 2014, and the end of 2015 marks her 30th year in banking

Baker has participated in Donate Life for Otsego County and Cooperstown TREP$. She resides in Cooperstown with her husband, Patrick, and their daughter.

Active in the community, Lutz Jessup is currently the acting president for Destination Oneonta and on the Board of Directors for First Night Oneonta. In addition, she is on the Special Projects Committee for the Otsego County Chamber of Commerce, and belongs to the Oneonta Rotary Club.

Lutz Jessup resides in Oneonta and has three children.
