Police: Maryland Woman Does

$4,000 Damage To Parked Car

ONEONTA – A Town of Maryland woman was arrested Monday for causing over $4,000 in damage to the parked car of a Monroe Muffler employee.

Sierra V. Henderson, 20, was arrested by the State Police, saying she had been harassing an employee who worked at Monroe Muffler by calling him repeatedly and arriving at his home and work uninvited.  Her conduct intensified when she arrived at his work place and caused about $4,000 worth of damage to his parked car.  

Henderson was charged with class D felony of criminal mischief, fourth and the misdemeanor of aggravated harassment, second.  She was arraigned in the Town of Oneonta court and was remanded to the Otsego County jail in lieu of a $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 property bond.  An order of protection was issued against her.  Henderson’s next court date in the Town of Oneonta is on Jan. 7, 2016.

  1. I think this is completely and absolutely wrong. She didn’t flip out for nothing. And what happens to the guy that beat her up making the car get damaged?! Two sides to every story!!
