Cathy Nardi Announces Run For County Board OTEGO – SUNY Oneonta professor Cathy Nardi has announced her intention to run for the District 3 seat on the Otsego County Board, challenging board chair Kathy Clark. “I want to be the voice of reason in a climate of chaos,” she said.
