2 Scouts Elevated To Eagle Rank

Charles Gannon and Steven Ratliff, members of Troop 1254, Cooperstown, were elevated to Eagle Scout this afternoon at a ceremony in the Christ Church chapel.  The 15-year-olds have been together in Boy Scouting since second grade.
