Tourist Arrested For Assault, Charged With A Bias Crime COOPERSTOWN – A South Carolina man was charged with assaulting a woman after allegedly  yelling racial slurs at her during a confrontation in a Cooperstown restaurant, Cooperstown Police Chief Michael Covert reports.
