HPARB Calls Special Meeting
On Demolition Of 76 Fair St.
COOPERSTOWN – A special meeting of the village’s Historic Preservation & Architectural Review Board is to review an application to demolish a home at 76 Fair St. is planned for 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 4.
Also, an applicant is seeking to demolish a shed at 18 Cooper Place.
A public hearing on both projects was opened on Jan. 12 and remains open to public input may be accepted on the 4th, according to Deputy Village Clerk Jennifer Truax.
The plans for these projects are on file with the village clerk at 22 Main St. and may be viewed during regular office hours.
