OTEGO – Buzz Hesse, an Otsego County institution, is retiring after tomorrow evening’s auction, ending almost 40 years running Hesse Galleries in Otego, the most eminent local auction house.

The living estate of Allen and Dorothy Caswell will be auctioned off at 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 25, at Hesse’s, 350 Main St., Otego.  Check out the offerings at www.hessegalleries.com, but – regardless – don’t miss Buzz’s last appearance at the auction block.
