Cooperstown Issues Frost Warning

COOPERSTOWN – Due to the extreme cold and depth of frost in the ground , the Village of Cooperstown has issued a frost warning until further notice.

Anyone concerned about frozen pipes should leave a small stream of water running from a faucet, the Department of Public Works advised.
