Herzig, Bernier Officially Endorsed

On Wednesday night at Oneonta Town Hall, Gary Herzig, center, received official endorsement from the Otsego County Democrats as their candidate for Mayor of Oneonta. He is surrounded by former mayor John Nader, County Representatives Gary Koutnik, Steve Dillon, County Representative Katherine Stuligross and Dan Maskin. "This is the first time in history that the council members and the mayor have been elected at the same time." said Herzig in his acceptance speech, "And that makes this election crucial to the future of Oneonta.  We must be ready to tackle economic development and address housing problems and together we will see a better Oneonta."
