ALBANY – Otsego County’s new state senator, Peter Oberacker, R-Schenevus, has been named ranking 
Republican on two Senate committees: Internet & Technology and Alcoholism & Substance Abuse.
He will also serve on Education, Health, Higher Education and Judiciary.
