The murder trial of Dylan Robinson, who was convicted this week of second-degree murder in the death of his father, Kenneth Robinson of Worcester. Dylan Robinson was 15 at the time his father was shot and killed. The three-day trial had several twists and turns, but the defense did not present a case to defend Robinson, which we found unusual.

The Juneteenth celebration in Oneonta on Saturday, June 19.

The National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum announced more changes to the 2021 induction. In accordance with the easing of state COVID restrictions, tickets are no longer needed for lawn seating and there is no longer a cap on attendance numbers.

Section championship chips and banners went out across the county last week, except to Oneonta tennis champion Chris Catan, who is regarded as one of the best players in the region and a legend in OHS tennis.
