Oneonta beats Forks
in boys soccer opener

Tanner Jennings scored two goals and Finlay Oliver had a goal and an assist as host Oneonta beat Chenango Forks in a Southern Tier Athletic conference boys soccer game Wednesday, Sept. 1.

Dakota Buzz scored the other goal for Oneonta and Owen Schultz got an assist.

In girls soccer, Oneonta won on the road, beating Chenango Forks, 1-0. Grace Slesinsky got the goal for the Jackets.
