Ousted, Some By Wide Margins
While attention was focused on the Town of Hartwick’s nailbiter – in the end, incumbent David Butler was edged out by Fire Chief Bob O’Brien, 233-229 – five other town supervisors around Otsego County were voted out in the Nov. 3 local elections, some by wide margins.
• In Milford, Republican Bob Moore Sr. over Democratic two-term incumbent Chris Harmon, 307-192
• In New Lisbon, Republican Timothy Miller over veteran Democratic incumbent Bob Taylor, 170-159
• In Pittsfield, Freddie Sellards over Donna Wells, 232-85
• In Richfield, two Republicans, Paul Palumbo over Fran Enjem, 396-247
• In Worcester, Republican Don Lindberg, the retiring county representatives, over Democrat Diane Addesso, 394-170
