Drew Angus Off American Idol,
But Sees ‘Excitement’ In Future
ONEONTA – In Drew Angus’ own words, “tonight is where my idol trail ends,” he reported on his Facebook page after his appearance on Fox’s “American Idol” competition Friday evening.
“But I’ve made some of the closest friends and had some of the most unreal experiences of my entire life. This is not the end by any means,” said the 2011 Hartwick College graduate.
The Westport, Conn., native admitted to “butchering a BeeGees tune … I’ll keep on keepin’ on, and I guess you could say I’m ‘stayin’ alive.’ Thank you all for the support and sharing in my excitement.”
“Stay tuned for what comes next!,” he concludes his post. “There are quite a few exciting things in the pipeline and I can’t wait to share them with you!!”
