But You Can Still Get Seats

COOPERSTOWN – The 300 advance tickets provided Cooperstown Central for Saturday’s state quarter-finals in Whitesboro were snapped up, and another 100 provided Thursday.

But Lady Hawkeye’s player Maggie Schuermann’s mom Maureen reports fans can still get through the gate:  As other fans leave the gym after they complete their games, seats will be available for Coop fans.

“There are no guarantees,” said Maureen, “but let’s encourage all to try to attend who would like to attend. “

The boys play Moravia at 2 p.m; the girls play Watkins Glen at 4 p.m.

Also, WESPN radio’s Dave Peroni will be broadcasting both games, which will be carried on two Utica Radio stations: WTLB and WPIE.  Follow the link at www.allotsego.com

The NYSPSHAA reports Time Warner Cable will not be broadcasting the quarter-finals, but will be broadcasting the semis and finals next weekend.
