Rain Doesn’t Dampen Fun
At OWL’s Ice Cream Social
![It was a wet and windy day for the 9th annual Ice Cream Social, hosted by the Oneonta World of Learning at Fortin park this afternoon. But that didn't keep people like Elsa Marigliano and Kylie Gregory from enjoying the afternoons' offerings including crafts, bubbles, face painting, dancing by Stanley Wade, percussion circle, magic by Bobert the Great, and of course, Ice Cream!
