COOPERSTOWN – The United Way of Delaware & Otsego Counties announced the winners of its two top awards this morning at the 2016 campaign kickoff breakfast at The Otesaga:

• Patricia Leonard, executive director of the Family Services Association, received the 2016 M.Cheri Albrecht Executive Director Excellence Award.

• Angie Allison Eichler, Greek Life adviser at SUNY Oneonta, received the 2016 Alan Donovan Outstanding Community Leadership Award.
