In Cooperstown Today
![If you're in downtown Cooperstown over the next hour, you may see this crew from Opposable Thumbs, a San Diego based marketing agency, creating footage for a TV ad campaign planned by Mavis Discount Tire. Producer Jason Taragan said the spot is built around a family vacation and, "as a destination, Cooperstown's a great place for a family get-away." The spot begins with a dad, mom, son and daughter coming out of Cooperstown Bat Co. onto the Main Street sideway. This afternoon, the crew, which is based in New York City, planned to shoot additional footage at the Stokes Farm on Pink Street, Town of Middlefield. Taragan said Nancy Angerer of Cooperstown was the local contact in setting up the shoot; "she's been great," he said.
