ONEONTA – Lutz Feed Co. and Fox Hospital will be honored at the Otsego County Chamber’s annual Small Business Banquet Thursday, Oct. 16, at The Otesaga, chamber President Barbara Ann Heegan announced a few minutes ago.

The KeyBank 15th annual Small Business of the Year goes to Lutz Feed, Lower River Street, Oneonta, one of the anchor institutions of the farming industry in Otsego County.

The Excellus BlueCross BlueShield Breakthrough Business of the Year goes to Fox Hospital, recognizing the recent renovation of all its rooms into single patient rooms.

“These award winning businesses represent the very best of Otsego County innovators and risk takers who have overcome obstacles, have attracted job growth, created sustainability for the community and are innovative,” said Heegan.

The banquet begins at 5:45 p.m. with a cocktail reception, with dinner beginningi prompty at 7. $80 per person or $750 per table of 10.
