Pathfinder Honors 16 Staffers
For, In All, 280 Years On Job
EDMESTON – Pathfinder Village celebrated the longevity of 16 employees – 280 years combined – at a luncheon Tuesday at The Otesaga.
Honorees included Senior Director Dan Osborn and Eva Pickens of the Ancillary Department, who each have served 35 years. Those celebrating 30-year anniversaries included Pathfinder School Teacher Nancy Kelly, Direct Support Professional Cindy Holbert, and Assistant Director of Enrichment Services Charleen Orendorff.
As much as longevity, “it’s about perspective and attitude,” CEO Paul Landers told the gathering. “Each worker has made deliberate decisions to invest more in finding solutions and enjoyment in their work, over dwelling on problems. Thank you for maintaining the positive and productive attitudes that have allowed you to persevere and make remarkable contributions.”
Food Service Manager Christine Chase, Director of Enrichment Services Paula Schaeffer, and Pathfinder School Transition Coordinator Stephanie Sitts celebrated their 20 year anniversaries. Maintenance worker Barry Benjamin was recognized for his 15th year of service, and Maple Wilson, RN, and Cody Ray of the Adult Day Services Department were recognized for their 10 year anniversaries.
Employees marking fifth anniversaries included Destiny Curl and Cheryl Winton of Adult Day Services, DSPs Christina Gregory and Gina Murfitt, and Kerri Gartung of Pathfinder School.
