The annual free lunch program, sponsored by Catholic Charities in partnership with the First United Presbyterian Church, offers a sandwich, fruit, vegetables and milk from Noon – 1 p.m. Monday – Friday, through Aug. 23 in the large pavilion at Neahwa Park. Now in it’s sixth year, the Summer Food Program has expanded to offer meals to children and their families, as well as the homeless, and has added programs from Huntington Library and Cornell Cooperative Extension.
