It’s Official: CVS Closes On Gutted Cooperstown Motel COOPERSTOWN – CVS Healthcare completed its purchase of the Cooperstown Motel property on Tuesday, according to Martin Tillapaugh, attorney for the estate of Al O’Brien, longtime motel owner.
