Efficiencies, Including Center Street School Closing, Equal Tax Rebates MILFORD – Eligible homeowners in the ONC BOCES region – some in the Oneonta and Cooperstown school districts – are slated to receive a tax rebate check due to the successful completion of an efficiency plan.
