Oneonta native and retired teacher Donald H. Dockstader, 95, of Englewood, Fla., passed away Wednesday, July 15, 2015, at Tidewell Hospice. Born on December 1, 1919 in Oneonta he served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. A graduate of Oswego State College with his Master’s degree in industrial arts; Don was a teacher for Gloversville High School and Johnstown NY Fulton Montgomery Community College.
