Babe Ruth’s Granddaughter
To Keynote At Herkimer Fete
HERKIMER – Babe Ruth’s granddaughter, Linda Ruth Tosetti, will be speaking on her legendary grandfather at a Dinner to benefit the Herkimer County Historical Society at Saturday, May 4, at Francesca’s Banquet Hall, Ilion. Doors open at 5 p.m. for a Meet and Greet, followed by dinner at 6.
WKTV News Anchor Jason Powles will emcee, and Hall of Fame spokesman Craig Muder will say a few words on The Babe.
Before the dinner, the Village of Ilion will be presenting a proclamation to her in honor of “Babe Ruth Day” at the Village Hall.

She and her husband will be driven in the Yankees car of Don Brown, who portrays Mickey Mantle in local parades.
Dinner tickets are $35 per person and can be purchased ahead of time from the Herkimer County Historical Society, 406 N.
