At Bluegrass Festival

Sebastian Green, Cooperstown, Evan Jagels, Oneonta, Randy Miritello, Oneonta, and John Thompson, Oneonta, who together make up The Hop City Hellcats, get to crowd dancing at the City of the Hills Bluegrass American Music Festival, going on now at the Foothills Preforming Arts Center.
