Breed Fitness Owner Charged

With Reckless Endangerment

ONEONTA – Kurtis Breed, 30, owner of Breed Fitness, was arrested after allegedly driving recklessly towards another motorist in the Price Chopper parking lot.

He was arrested after State Troopers were advised of an incident in the Price Chopper parking lot on June 5.  Their investigation determined that Breed was driving a black Audi S4 sedan when he purposely drove recklessly towards another motorist and veered at the last second and then drove away.

He was charged with misdemeanor of reckless endangerment 2nd degree and arraigned in the Town of Oneonta court.  An order of protection was issued against him.  Breed’s next court date in the Town of Oneonta is pending

In May, Breed was arrested in the same location after allegedly throwing raw eggs and hash at the windows of Sandy’s Diner.

RSS wants taxpayers to pay for it; they trying to circumvent public input and they’re using strong-arm tactics to get approval to start construction. Therefore, I oppose it.
