Eldridge Only Won City Of Oneonta, Minus 2 Precincts, Against Gibson Democrat Sean Eldridge, challenging U.S. Rep. Chris Gibson, R-19th, in Tuesday’s election, lost Otsego County, 4,971-10,027, but won the Democratic city of Oneonta, 998-920.
