 ‘Race The Lake’ Marathon Underway, 1st Cooperstown Event USTF Qualifier COOPERSTOWN –  “Race The Lake,” Cooperstown’s first marathon, is underway.  Beginning at 8 on Susquehanna Avenue north of the Clark Sports Center, the leading running are expected to arrive at the finish line there at about 11. Seward Announces $112,500 For Worcester’s New Library WORCESTER – State Sen. Jim Seward, R-Milford, today announced a $112,500 grant for the Worcester Free Library, which will be used to acquire and renovate a former mansion next to the current library in the Weiting Building.
