Decorating Underway On Coop’s Main Street Chihiro Katafuchi, a Rotary exchange student from Japan, assists in this afternoon’s decorating of all the lamp posts on Main Street, Cooperstown, between the courthouse and Village Hall.   The undertaking is  an annual program of the village’s 4C’s Committee (for Cooperstown Community Christmas Committee), and featured Santa and Mrs. Claus, in mufti, decorating Santa’s Cottage in Pioneer Park, preparing for St. Nick’s official arrival there at 5 p.m. the day after Thanksgiving.  (Jim…
