IN MEMORIAM: Tony Schifano, 69; Medical Administrator, CCS Teacher COOPERSTOWN – Anthony John Schifano, 69, who found his vocation in teaching after years in medical administration, passed away peacefully Wednesday evening, Oct. 12, 2016, at home with his family by his side.
