Springfield Traffic Stop Yields 4 Bags of Heroin, 3 Arrests SPRINGFIELD – Three Springfield residents were charged with possession of heroin and marijuana after a traffic stop on State Highway 80. Just before 5 p.m yesterday, a county Sheriff’s investigator made a traffic stop on a vehicle being driven by Kimberly Clapper, 29, Springfield Center. Man Jumps From I-88 Overpass, Blocking Traffic For 45 Minutes ONEONTA – A 24-year-old man was airlifted to Wilson Hospital in Johnson City after jumping off the Exit 16 overpass onto I-88 last night. The victim was airlifted by Lifenet to Wilson Hospital, where he is being treated for internal injuries.
