No Additional Charges Expected In Pedestrian’s Death, Police Say ONEONTA –  No additional charges will be filed against driver Mark Fedorov in the death of Daniel Heath, 75, the pedestrian struck by a car as he crossed at Main and Chestnut streets Wednesday morning, city police report. “No other charges apply,” said Lt. Oneonta Pedestrian Struck By Car Dies This Evening At Bassett Hospital ONEONTA – Daniel Heath, 76, the pedestrian struck by a car at Main and Chestnut this morning, has died at Bassett Hospital, OPD Lt. Douglas Brenner said a few minutes ago.  Brenner said he was alerted by the family to the elderly man’s passing.
