Madison County Educator Leads BOCES Serving Western Otsego NORWICH – DCMO BOCES today announced the selection of Perry T. Dewey III, Madison Central School superintendent, as superintendent after a seven-month search. He succeeds William Tammaro, who retired in April 2015.
