Seward Vows ‘Aggressive Defense’ Vs. Cuomo’s  $15 Minimum Wage State Sen. Jim Seward, R-Milford, vowed an “aggressive defense” against Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s proposal for a $15 minimum wage, a piece of the budget deliberations now underway in Albany.
