Bill Crankshaw Is Going Home To Johnstown CCS Superintendent Since 2016 COOPERSTOWN – Cooperstown Central School Superintendent Bill Crankshaw, here since 2016, is returning to his hometown as superintendent of the Greater Johnstown School District.
