The Catskill Symphony Orchestra has been creating magic right here for 71 years. It began as a humble community orchestra, with students, SUNY faculty, and local musicians sharing the stage. On Tuesday, December 3, the City of Oneonta’s Common Council initially declined to pass the tentative 2025 budget that they had approved on November 19.
