40 Cases So Far This Weekend COVID Strikes American Legion COOPERSTOWN – Just two weeks after Governor Cuomo praised Cooperstown for having the lowest rate of COVID-19 in the state, Heidi Bond, Otsego County Public Health director, has warned of potential exposure at the village’s American Legion. According to Bond, anyone who was at the Legion between Nov. 25-30 needs to monitor for any symptoms of COVID-19 after at least one case was traced back to the bar.…
