Gilbertsville Man Arrested For Stealing Christmas Gifts ONEONTA – Just in time to save Christmas, State Police arrested a man for stealing packages off porches in Oneonta’s West End. Andrew J. VanDusen, 38, Gilbertsville, was arrested after police received several complaints from West End residents about packages being stolen off their porches.
