City Humans Rights Commission Seeks 2016 ‘Trailblazer’ Nominees ONEONTA – Nominations are being sought for the 2016 Woman Trailblazer Award, presented annually by the City Commission on Community Relations & Human Rights.  The deadline is Feb. 19.
