Police: Man Enters Home, Attempts Rape, Found Naked ONEONTA – A former Oneonta resident was charged with breaking into a Market Street apartment and attempting to sexually assault the two women living there. Ryan R. Leonard, 32, now a resident of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., allegedly broke into the apartment at 10 Market St. while intoxicated and attempted to rape the two residents while they slept.
