CREW CLEARS ABUTMENTS Overnight Floods Close Rt. 51 Span MORRIS – The Route 51 bridge at County Route 3 in Otsego County between Mount Upton and Morris is closed to remove sand and sediment around the abutments due to heavy overnight rains, the state DOT announced. County Route 18 will serve as the detour for this closure. DOT expects to complete the Route 51 repairs in time to reopen this portion of roadway sometime today.…
