Merchants Beware: That $100 Bill May Be Bogus ONEONTA – State police have received “numerous complaints” of counterfeit $100 bills being used in Otsego and Delaware county stores with the intent of scamming merchants, according to State Trooper Nathan Riegal, public information officer.
