GOP Challenge To Marietta Petitions Moved To Cooperstown Courtroom COOPERSTOWN – The Republican county committee’s legal challenge to petitions submitted by Democrat Andrew Marietta  for the District 8 seat on the county Board of Representatives will be heard by Administrative Judge Robert C. Mulvey at 2:30 p.m. Thursday in the county courthouse in Cooperstown.
