IN MEMORIAM: Frances M. Finch, 87, Oneonta ONEONTA – Frances M. Finch, 87, died peacefully on Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2015, at her daughter’s home, surrounded by her family. She was born on Aug. 9, 1928, in Oneonta, a daughter of the late Lloyd J. and Lillian F. (Moffatt) Berner.  Frances married Martin L.
