Antonio Delgado, who parachuted into the 19th Congessional District two years ago to run for Congress, today accomplished what Zephyr Teachout and Sean Eldridge couldn’t: He won the 10-county district, defeating first-term Republican U.S. Rep. John Faso, R-Kinderhook. Here, he heads to the polls with his family this morning in Rhinebeck.
