Spitball, Flavored Whiskey, In NYC

Wyatt Crowley, left, and Anthony Pollard bottle Spitball, the Cooperstown Distillery's new flavored whiskey, which is being launched In celebration of opening day of baseball, we wanted to invite you to an evening celebrating spirits and baseball as Cooperstown Distillery launches their new cinnamon Spitball Whiskey at the Bergino Baseball Clubhouse in Greenwich Village on Thursday, April 7 from 5:30 – 8 pm. Invite below. Guests will enjoy specialty cocktails made using Cooperstown Distillery craft spirits and fan-favorite baseball snacks in an art gallery and boutique dedicated to America’s favorite pastime. The game will also be streaming! Cooperstown Distillery owner, Gene Marra will also be in the house to chat about their full portfolio of spirits. At this hour, Wyatt Crowley, left, and Anthony Pollard are bottling Spitball, the Cooperstown Distillery’s new flavored whiskey, which is being launched Thursday in New York City in a reception at Bergino Baseball Clubhouse in Greenwich Village.  Distillery owner Gene Marra anticipates the whiskey – flavored with three types of cinnamon – “could be a home run, if not a grand slam.”  It seeks to compete in a niche launched by Jim Beam and Jack Daniels in the last 3-4 years.  (Jim Kevlin/AllOTSEGO.com)
