Tornado Watch Issued for Otsego and Surrounding Counties

According to the National Weather Service, Tornado Watch 605 remains in effect until 11 p.m. this evening for six Central New York counties: Broome, Chenango, Delaware, Otsego, Sullivan, and Tioga, and in seven Pennsylvania counties.
