IN MEMORIAM: Elizabeth M. Welch, 83

WEST EDMESTON – Elizabeth M. Welch, 83, passed away on March 7, 2017.

She is survived by her children; Richard (Ginny) Ruffles, Farrell Ruffles, Allen (Lisa) Ruffles, and Pamela (Michael) Simmons, her 13 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was pre deceased by her son Jeffrey Ruffles.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Contributions in Betty’s name may be made to Catskill Area Hospice & Palliative Care, 1 Birchwood Dr., Oneonta, NY 13820.
