COOPERSTOWN – The alleged driver of the getaway car to and from the site of the murder of Kenneth Robinson, 53, Worcester, has been arrested, according to District Attorney John Muehl.
Tatiana Febo, 17, Downsville, was arrested and charged with burglary, first degree. “We believe she drove them in her car to Robinson’s house,” said Muehl.
In that car, Muehl alleges, were Nicolas Meridy, 32, Dylan Robinson, 15. Alexander Borgreen, 16, Anais Soto, 17, and Alexis Lotterman, 16. It is believed that Febo, like Lotterman, stayed in the car when Meridy, Robinson and Borgreen allegedly entered the house in search of $5,000 and marijuana.
While inside, Muehl said, Robinson is believed to have shot his father twice, once in the chest and once in the head, during a struggle.
Febo was arraigned in Otsego County Family Court this morning and released to the custody of her parents. Muehl said he does not believe there is enough evidence to try her as an adult.
